About Me
Early Experiences
At the age of 12- 14, Robert ventured into the world of sales, promoting keychains, selling fireworks, and lighters. This early experience taught him valuable soft skills lessons, like communication: articulate messages clearly, empathy: understanding others perspectives, problem-solving: overcoming challenges, resilience: bouncing back from rejections and so on.
Since his childhood, he has been surrounded by successful leaders, family members and their environment who used to be entrepreneurs and managers. Many of the encounters with powerful and successful leaders were from industries like telecommunications, tobacco, fashion, hospitality, real-estate. "Robert, don't be afraid to fail" shared by the Head of a multinational corporation drove Robert's approach to many aspects of life. Learning from them not just the "what", but the "how" and "why" proved to be invaluable, what's worth sharing.

Career Growth & Educational Pursuits
Failures have also played a key role in his learning journey. Each setback - such as choosing the wrong career path - offered lessons in resilience and adaptability. Such experiences taught him to view failure as an opportunity for growth.
From working with a multitude of individuals on different levels, Robert learned key lessons both on an employee level and from a leadership perspective in environments such as start-ups, small businesses and multinational corporations. More than 10 years in sales (B2B and B2C), leadership and other roles reinforced some ideas, like resistance to change can result in frustration and decreased productivity.
In addition to personal experiences, Robert pursued formal education, earning a Master’s degree in Leadership and Communication. To deepen his knowledge, Robert explored various self-help and business books, studying the experiences and approaches of mega-successful people. "Think Win-Win" from the book "The 7 Habits Of Highly Successful People" by Stephen Covey is one of the principles that drive his approach in private and professional endeavours.
Mastering Soft Skills
Living and working in various countries like Germany or USA, Robert has collaborated with people from many backgrounds like corporate environments. These interactions broadened his perspective and helped him appreciate the power of diverse viewpoints.
Reflecting on these experiences, lessons and insights, Robert developed a strong desire to help others grow.
Robert approaches his work with a strong commitment to high-quality and open-mindedness. He believes in the power of continuous progress. Prioritizing Your desires and wants, he ensures his services are not only effective but also meaningful.
